The Basel Quantum Center (BQC) at the University of Basel integrates and coordinates the quantum science and technology activities in the Basel trinational region. It brings together over 200 researchers from 17 professorships in theoretical and experimental quantum science in the Physics and Chemistry Departments at the University of Basel.
At the BQC, we have a long-standing tradition of forefront research and innovation in quantum science and technology. Our work spans condensed-matter, atomic, molecular, and optical systems, driving advancements in quantum computing, sensing, metrology, communication, and simulation.
